Tucked into the pines on Cliff Lane, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath A-frame cabin with hot tub offers a warm, rustic escape just minutes from Big Bear Village, the lake, and the slopes. Whether you're planning a romantic couples getaway or a family weekend trip, this cabin has the space and setup to make it memorable.

Mountain Transit provides free trolley routes through out town (including resort mountains and The Village). Please refer to their direct website for their schedule.

All trash must fit in the bins, no exception. Drop off is required if the lid does not close. Trash pick up is on Tuesdays.

Keypad code: No smart lock currently installed on this property, one will need to be added before self check-in can go live. Once installed, online check-in will be required with identification per our license with City of Big Bear. Code is sent on day of check-in once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever comes first.

Animals: We only allow a maximum of two trained dogs with a pet fee.

Cleaning Fee: This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic balancing of spa chemicals, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, cleaning dirty dishes.

Early check-in: No guarantees will be made. We send the code when the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever comes first. Do not show up to the home until given the code. This rushes the cleaners and tends to ensure something is missed.

Late Checkout, No Guarantees: This is based entirely on the cleaning team's route and is only granted the night before checkout. If you'd like to guarantee a later checkout, please book another night. Please note that we do charge a fee if you delay the cleaning team by not vacating the property on time. The cleaners will not knock to let you know they've arrived, so please be respectful of their time as well as any guests checking in after you.

Snow Removal: We have a snowplow on call during winter. Please be patient as they are on their own route. Our plows come out after a storm when 4+ inches fall. We do our best to shovel the entry to the home. Decks are not guaranteed to be shoveled. Shovel and a small bucket of salt is provided in the home for your convenience.

The home has exterior cameras on for security, covering the driveway and front door. They are checked periodically to ensure occupancy and car limits are adhered to.
Check-in is done online and sent immediately after booking (may take an hour to provide your specific link). The party responsible for the reservation must provide an ID. No codes or access to the home will be given without the required items completed,
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be always respected.

No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway. Maximum vehicles permitted is 3.
No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you! When leaving the house, please take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors.
Excess trash will need to be taken to a local dumpsite. The best Clean Bear location is: 4190 Garstin Drive and 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
